The corporation began in, January 1967, by purchasing the stock of Taylor Implement, Co., Inc. In September 1969, the name was changed to Henderson Implement Co., Inc. The corporation began in a leased facility of 6500 square feet. In 1972 a branch store opened in Lake Charles, LA. Lanier Implement in Abbeville, Louisiana was purchased in October 1992.

     Henderson Implement Co., Inc. is a Louisiana Corporation engaged in the retail sales of agricultural equipment, parts, and related service. The corporate office is located at 211 Service Road West, Welsh, LA with branch locations at 520 Highway 90 East, Lake Charles, LA. and 11238 Veterans Memorial Dr. in Abbeville.

     All three locations have J. I. Case Co. franchises and handle the Case-International line of farm equipment. These locations serve the agricultural community in a 7-parish area consisting of Beauregard, Allen, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis, Vermilion, and Acadia. 
We also handle Bush Hog and Woods products to serve all your Small and Large Jobs better.
     In addition, the Abbeville and Lake Charles locations have Kubota Tractor Corporation franchises and handle the Kubota line of lawn & garden, small consumer, commercial tractors and RTVs.
